The communication and information of interested parties is a FATIPERFIL commitment, and a requirement of NP EN ISO 9001:2015, as well as of the regulations in force, namely the general data protection regulation, we have a duty to communicate the following matters :

1. Data protection
Suppliers must comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the P.E. and the Council of 27 April (GDPR).

2. Product / service to be provided
The external supplier / service provider undertakes to comply with all service / product requirements to be provided arising from FATIPERFIL's specifications and all other implicit legal and / or regulatory requirements, including professional qualifications, professional orders, deontological requirements either the supplier or its employees, necessary for the performance of the function / provision of the service respectively and related to the service / product to be provided.

3. Communication
Communication and interactions must be carried out by the various means available and, whenever relevant, must be documented to ensure knowledge and avoid failures or misunderstandings.

4. Performance Control and Monitoring
FATIPERFIL has implemented a process of continuous qualification of suppliers that takes into account the following criteria: "Product / Service Quality, RLR Documentation "Legal and Regulatory Requirements", Deadline and Price.

The evaluation is carried out for each supply, and only non-conformities are recorded in the form of demerits according to internal criteria. Using the information from each supplier's historical record, the evaluation is carried out according to the total score for each year:
